The DIGITUS® PCI Express Dual Port Gigabit Network Card with integrated Intel chipset offers the option to make two Gigabit ports for a server or a workstation available via a single PCI slot. Each port is fully compatible in accordance with IEEE802.3/u/ab standards and offers a full Gigabit connection. In addition to supporting IPv4 and IPv6 protocols, the card also supports jumbo frames as well as layer 2 . Its versatile configuration options make the card perfect for using with virtual machines or to set up a router/firewall. The low-profile slot bracket included in delivery also offers the option of integrating the card into compact computer cases in which standard slot brackets cannot be used.
