The dock can be connected to virtually any laptop, regardless of make, model or operating system type. Any USB port is sufficient*.
The dock can be installed behind the monitor (if it supports a standard VESA mount), using the i-tec VESA mount.

* If connected via USB-A, only four monitors will be supported via DP and HDMI ports, and laptop/tablet charging will not be possible.
